A HUGE Thank You!

Thanks so much to all of the families and teachers who have participated in our fundraising efforts so far this year!  Because of you, we have been able to significantly increase our scholarship funds.  We are assisting more families than ever before and we have distributed $1300 in assistance this year.  We have also been able to give more to the classrooms this year.  We gave a total of $1200! ($400 per classroom)  Our fundraising success also allows us to continue to bring in Mr. Jeff from MY GYM once a month.

None of this would be possible without the participation of so many BMW families and faculty members.  The board thanks you for your continued support and we hope to see everyone at the upcoming "Family Fun Night" on Saturday, April 2nd.

Volunteers Needed

If you are able, please sign up to assist for Family Fun Night on Saturday, April 2nd.  We need help before, during and after the event.  Your valuable time is greatly appreciated!  We also need families to bring in food and beverage items for the event.  The sign-up sheets are posted in the entryway.

Family Fun Night is April 2nd

Family Fun Night is Saturday, April 2nd from 5-7pm.  There will be food, entertainment, games and crafts but the main event of the evening is our Silent Auction.  This is our primary fundraiser for the year.    We count on BMW families to seek out donors for the auction and every year it is a huge success!  Parents typically have lots of success when they ask businesses they are most loyal to.  Lisa has additional copies of the tax letters you received with the flyer.  If you need more, just ask.

Pizza, salad and dessert will be served and the children will receive their beautiful plates to eat their dinner on if they wish.  Jason the Entertainer will provide us with a little music and an exciting magic show!  There will be games and crafts and fun for all!  It's an event that shouldn't be missed!
